Impact Statement
Structural racism has impacted how we have operated as a global society for years. It has also impacted the societal belonging, financial mobility, and basic safety of Native Americans, Blacks, Latinos, Asians, LGBTQ, Disabled, Poor, Immigrants and many more groups that have been pushed to the margins due to oppression. Based on Pew Research Center, Americans see disadvantages for blacks and Hispanics in the United States. A majority of all adults (56%) say being black hurts people’s ability to get ahead at least a little, and (51%) say being white helps people’s ability to get ahead. Structural racism is deeply rooted, we are individually impacted and unconsciously or consciously participating in systems that perpetuate white supremacy culture. We see through global protest, people feel the heaviness of structural oppression on an individual level. There is also a great deal of people who are in search of answers, language, and new mindsets. Thus, Transformation Lens LLC, acknowledges the pain and curiosity and strives to create spaces for healing, learning, and transformation on an individual and systems level. Going beyond diversity, enhancing inclusion, and embodying transformation through consulting, coaching, and training. When healing is involved, systems evolve.
Transformative Consulting

Transformative Coaching
Leading individuals and groups to self-discovery and desired outcomes. Creating the space for individuals to unlock any limiting mindsets and internal blockages that keeps us from our goals. You’re the expert, I am your thought partner. With a cultural intersectional and transformative lens we goal set and grow towards a specific goal. Individual and/or group business, life, and social justice education coaching are provided.
Transformative Training
Innovative facilitated sessions regarding Anti-Racism, Justice, Equity, Inclusion, and Liberation. These training sessions are designed to create sustainable change starting with self. in collaborations with others, in order to transform systems.
