Impact Statement
Structural racism has long shaped how our societies and workplaces operate—limiting belonging, opportunity, and safety for Native American, Black, Latino, Asian, LGBTQ+, Disabled, Immigrant, and low-income communities. In 2025, 64% of Americans recognized racism as widespread (Gallup), and according to the Pew Research Center, over half of U.S. workers view DEI efforts as positive, though 28% say their employers don’t do enough. At the same time, 78% of employees believe inclusion directly impacts job satisfaction, revealing both the challenge and the opportunity before us.
At Transformation Lens LLC, we acknowledge this tension—the pain of inequity and the potential for renewal. We partner with individuals and organizations to move from awareness to aligned action, creating spaces for healing, learning, and lasting transformation. Through consulting, coaching, and training, we go beyond diversity to foster cultures of inclusion, purpose, and accountability.
